I feel like this book exemplifies the book trope ‘no time to tell you the plan’
Why tell someone a plan that really effects them before doing it?
That’s ridic, stahp it!
This happens so many times in this book it’s painful.
It was also very predictable for some of it’s twists.
I liked the first two books even though they also had the same trope issue. I think the lack of Ian was the thing that made me really meh about this one. He is the character I really like. Veritas was always alright to me.
