I was looking forward to reading this after the cliffhanger in Forgetting August. I have to say it was nothing like I thought. I did think it was the perfect conclusion to Everly and August's story. The epilogue had to be my favorite part. I could read and re-read all day.
I encountered the same problem while reading this that I had in Forgetting August. It didn't hold my attention multiple times so I had to skim some. I wish I got to see more of August and Everly together. When they had scenes together I could really feel their love. Speaking of love, I fell even more in love with Tabitha, Brick, and Sarah. They were great supporting characters. I would've liked to have seen more of Ryan, but I understood why I didn't. There was a scene between him and August that I thought was fantastic. Towards the end will really keep you on the edge of your seat with the suspense. I know I was!
