The Silent Wife by Karin Slaughter
3.0

This is my first Karin Slaughter book, so I realize I’m coming into an established series. The book could have been easily 150 pages shorter—the whole Jeffrey/Sarah/Will triangle was forced, as was the conflict between Will and Sarah. The readers are to believe Sarah, the perfect, brilliant doctor, went back to the lout ex husband who cheated on her with multiple women, and then had the audacity to blame it on HER because she spent too much time with her family?! For that alone this book deserves one ⭐️.

The premise is good, execution could have been better. Some reviewers say The Last Widow is a better book, so I’ll try that one.
