This is a wonderful book that dives into topics such as heaven and grief and its aftermath. We get to see Suise's family's grow up and come to terms with what happend in their own ways wether it may be bad or good. I found the description of heaven interesting and an intriguing display of what it could be. I did find the time jumps in the book a little weird and I did get confused at times with the dates. I also feel at the end of the book the bit between Ruth,Ray and Suise was unnecessary and did not add anything to the plot and weirded me out a bit. All togther solid 3 stars
