I Heart Vegas by Lindsey Kelk
4.0

Following I Heart Paris, the next book in the series starts with Angela waiting in her new Brooklyn home, for Alex to arrive back after touring with his band. Soon after, she discovers her visa is being revoked and she faces deportation. I'm kind of getting tired of Angela being so stupid and everything going so drastically wrong for her, but I guess that's what keeps the series going. Jenny comes up with a plan- for Angela to get Alex to marry her for a visa... but Angela's not so sure.
What I've learnt about the characters in this book is that Angela is still quite stupid, Alex is too laid back for my liking at times, and I can't stand Cici. Jenny has her usual bitch fit, which is annoying but I'm used to by now. One thing I was excited about when I started reading this book was knowing that Jenny Lopez was back in New York, as I missed her presence in the previous book.
In order to cheer Angela up, Jenny books a trip for the two, as well as Jenny's new friend, to Las Vegas.
As always in Angela's life lots of things go wrong, but we also see that there are many things going on in other people's lives: Jenny and Louisa to name a few. Weddings, boy troubles, enemies,
I was also delighted by the return of James Jacobs; now that he's become a friend to Angela, he really brings something to the book, snapping her back into reality and bringing humour to a negative situation.

This book is just as good as the others in the series, and I'm excited to find out what Angela gets up to next, in I Heart London.
