Frankenstein by Mary Shelley

Ugh. Depressing story about a self-involved, egotistical man with a God complex. He creates a being and promptly abandons it. Then when the creature starts behaving in reaction to the treatment he's received, Frankenstein whines and complains and spends days floating in a boat on a lake because he's depressed.

I hated this book. Zero stars. Classic or no, it's just a sad, desperate story. And that ending - what ending?

No. Just, no.
