Hell Is Empty by Craig Johnson

5.0

I don't know how Walt Longmire keeps going! Especially in the books set in winter in Wyoming. He has a tough constitution and knows what needs to be done.
Craig Johnson is a vivid storyteller. I can feel the cold, sense the pain, hear the laughter and the sorrow, empathize with all that is occurring with the characters.
Warm, funny, scary, cold, grueling, sad.
An outstanding addition to the series. I love how I know I read it as a mystery, but it could be shelved in the literature section.
Definitely recommend.
