2.5 stars maybe... I didn't much enjoy it though it was gripping enough to finish.
I just didn't find it particularly original or suspenseful. I could see where the book was headed far too early and the fairy tale retellings seemed cliche and maybe even sexist. Too much violence for the sake of violence.
