I’m giving it 4 stars because I enjoyed the book and it was very good for what it intended to be. 

I’m not giving it 5 because I only give 5 stars to books that I genuinely get emotionally attached to because it was that good for me. Usually this involves angst and complex emotions, which this book just didn’t have. 

That being said - for people who aren’t looking for that - they might think this is a 5 star read.
