Did not finish book. Stopped at 63%.
very lackluster. i consider this book as a romantic novel than history as its fore front, and when i figured it out halfway, i stopped reading. the characters are not fleshed out enough for me to truly connect with them, i knew their names but i never knew them. i also feel there were so many scenes that were not needed or scenes that didn't need to be described.
