I had tried to read this book back in 2019 and put it down. Couldn't remember why, so I picked it back up again and unfortunately remembered why. I think it's a challenge to read a book of essays about topics you're entirely unfamiliar with, and that's essentially what this book is to me. Definitely good writing, I just was confused the whole time and decided reading a book that went entirely over my head wasn't a good use of my time.
