Audiobook had me absolutely grinning like a fool at work.
Friends-to-lovers remains a PEAK trope, and I loved the second chance romance element of this, although I wish the original breakup had a bit more bite to it. Misuse of miscommunication imo.
On top of the romantic yearning, the book follows the characters on a European food and wine tour and the descriptions of food were so good omg. I was so hungry while reading and just absolutely longing for a vacation.
I enjoyed theo’s persepctive much more than kit’s and therefore found the ending to be a bit lackluster. The HEA was satisfying, but I thought the rollout was paced weirdly.
