I loved this book so so much! I loved how there was a little of everything in this book; humor, romance, and mystery. Lina has to deal with her mom’s sudden death and has to move to Italy to stay with her dad that she’s never met before. Once in Italy she is given a journal written by her mom. This book is so fun to read because we get to live vicariously through her mom and Lina meets who would become her best friend Ren who takes her to all these places around Italy in the hopes that Lina could find out more about her mother’s life while she lived in Italy. 
I went to Italy 6 years ago for my honeymoon and it was fun to read about all these places, some I may have visited and not even realized it! 
I can’t wait to read the second book in the series!
