Seven of Hearts
by Maggie Gates
I finished this book in a day. It's such a beautifully written love story that just tugged my heart and made me feel all the feels. I think even though the story revolved around the main characters Logan and Leah, it's ultimately a heartwarming story of what it means to have a family you were born into and a family you create. There are so many tear inducing moments in this book but for me, it's always ones that involve Will. I have not read any of the books in the Poker Club series where this book is a spin off of but I will definitely now. Logan's family is amazing. They've been through a lot together and their relationship was truly special. I love Leah's character and how she wasnt afraid to be vulnerable. The book reminded me that sometimes the unplanned moments turns up being the catalyst to get you to your planned path all along. You just have to be brave to go along for the journey.
Overall, I loved the book and will highly recommend. Just wished it had more happy moments and chapters after baby.
