funny lighthearted fast-paced

The Proposal was so cute, as was how the main characters met. 

A brother and sister duo, Carlos and Angie rescue Nik from an embarrassing situation that the man she had been dating for five months orchestrated at a baseball game.  Nik and Carlos decide to start a friends-with-benefits relationship that slowly develops into something more with them falling in love with each other.  I loved how Nik told Carlos that she loved him, it was wicked sweet.

 The Proposal was a fun read.
