I loved this book so so much! The story, the characters, the romance, and the culture were all so refreshing and easy to love. I thoroughly enjoyed following Hana through her struggles and realizations and victories! Aydin was a delight, even when he wasn’t. Rashid might have been my favorite, though. He does have some competition, however, because Kawkab Fazeela Muzamilah Khan exists. Cats climb and we love strong women!
Initially, I was a bit worried that the pacing might be a little slow for my liking, but it steadily picked up and I found myself getting completely absorbed into the story!
