I like the characters a lot and I really do enjoy the story itself. Charlie's back story and the growth arc that he goes through are compelling but Mason doesn't have much interest for me on his own. They're good together and I like the couple but something feels too shallow or incomplete for me. I think if this were longer by about a hundred pages, I'd like it more? I think i just feel a little rushed
