This third Invisible Library novel has Irene dealing with fallout from the second , and the return of Alberich to threaten the Library with destruction . It's got the same mystery action adventure feel as the others, and makes a bit more progress towards revealing Library secrets, but overall I felt it wasn't quite as good as the first two. Possibly just familiarity with the characters and settings making me feel impatient for the author to get on with the reveals. Nonetheless , it's a good story that series fans will enjoy .
