Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

5.0

Second review: The book that keeps on giving. Was the right choice to dip back into this book a second time between loans to friends. I’m not a huge fan of some of the suggested actions around vocal affirmations but all the psychology of fear in this book is just incredible. Yes there are some outdated undertones of second wave feminism but that’s okay that’s when it was first written! Susan Jeffers’ work is essential self development reading. Feel the fear and do it anyway!

First review: Feel like you’re holding yourself back? This book transformed my time at university- read it in first year and I’m so grateful. I recommend to all my friends.
