This is an amazing Military Science Fiction book. I really enjoyed this book for its amazing story and cast of quippy and seriously BA soldiers. This book is well written and extremely well thought out in its consistent and awesome plot. Throughout the book (mostly at the beginning) everything is really really wordy and over descriptive which if you're into that stuff have at it but for me, it was too much. The main character is a great perspective to see the story from because he is the perfect middleman between CO and a simple grunt (or should I say basic) and he is also a good character to choose because he will be an established character that already has set and existing moral and ethical compass to follow meaning that characters (like Wraith or Rook)are for the most part blank slates to write a story with (this is obviously excluding Exo). I really love this book and this one only gets pushed down a slot by book 2 of the series.
