anne978 's review for:
Chronicle of a Death Foretold
by Gabriel García Márquez
Once again, a great book by Márquez. This novella is not as humorous as his other novels I've read (like One Hundred Years of Solitude) but its topic isn't very funny anyway. I liked the way that the tension rose, even when you knew the outcome (see the title). It didn't grip me as much as the other things I've read by him, but it was really good nonetheless!
