The depth of sadness and darkness Sylvia Plath was able to put into words as it plays out in the mind of one who is mentally ill is unlike any piece of work I’ve read. It wasn’t about hope or getting better just about the reality of what the struggle feels like from the mind of a depressed person. I’m so glad I  decided to give it a read would highly recommend but advise triggers in regards to suicide
