As always, Sylver offers us a story rich with emotional experiences and creative characters! I enjoyed reading this band member's story. If you haven't read book 1 of this series (The Devil & His Sparrow), be sure to check it out first.
I found Harper to be a tough character, full of survival. The hardships she endures are extremely traumatic. Please read the trigger warnings and be mindful of them.
I can't wait for the next title in Sinners Do It Better! There is a certain story in this collection of works that I am greatly anticipating.
This is an honest review for an ARC copy I received, and I'm grateful to be an early reader of this author's pre-published works.
