Interesting content, but I kept finding myself saying “… so what?” I don’t feel that there was enough consideration of context (in the US) or other education research that could have informed this work, and there was a heavy bias toward standardized testing of varying stakes which left me skeptical of how much this author understood about existing  literature on testing.
