At first, I doubted myself to read Cemetery Boys and to have the book. But, finally I bought it just because I saw there will be a sequel to this book later. I didn't put any expectation when I started to read from the first page. But, when I read through it; words per words.. chapters per chapters... I fall in love with how detailed this book explained all the Latinx culture. Día de Muertos or we can also call it as Día de los Muertos made myself flashed my mind back to when I watched Coco movie in cinema; but in more detail description.

I learned so much from this book, not only deep dive into the detail of Día de Muertos, but also learned some Spanish words. This book is amazing. I love the slowburn romance between Julian Diaz and Yadriel Vélez Flores.

Also, I love how Maritza... being so brave by doing the healing even not using the animal blood. In the end, I bawled because this whole story is beyond beautiful. Thank you for bringing this book, Aiden Thomas. You're brilliant.
