Veganomicon: The Ultimate Vegan Cookbook by Isa Chandra Moskowitz

5.0

Have made 20-some recipes from this so far, but considering just how many recipes are in the entire book- it's not much. So far, my results have been great. No flops and only maybe 2(?) recipes that I didn't like as a matter of personal taste rather than an actual issue.

A few of the recipes have made it into my rotation and I make them frequently: Caesar salad (I know, wtf a salad? But that dressing is killer- extra almonds and capers for me!), Maple-Mustard dressing, Lemony Roasted Potatoes, Chickpea-Quinoa Pilaf, Baked BBQ Tofu, Chickpea Cutlets (everyone's favorite), Chickpea-Noodle Soup (my go-to soup for when I'm sick), Pasta Della California, both Ricotta recipes, and if I'm not pressed for time- the Pumpkin Baked Ziti with Caramelized Onions and Sage Crumb topping.

I imagine that list getting longer as I proceed through the book. I've had much success with the recipes posted to Isa's site as well and I always check it when I have an ingredient I don't know what I want to do with.
