Really beautiful, rich, and interesting storyline. I learned so much about Kerala and St Thomas Christians! I loved Big Ammachi and her presence throughout.
Only things I didn’t like as much were the in-depth medical descriptions (granted, the author is a doctor), the slow pace at times, and some of the side storylines. It does absolutely all tie together at the end though!
