This was honestly just so fun. I did feel like the ending wrapped up a little quickly and part of me would like a bit more worldbuilding, however this is the first in a (very long) series so I'm sure that will come later. Some of the worldbuilding could also be a tad infodumpy at times but I did find myself overlooking that. The characters in this are very solid and felt real. There is also some great humorous moments but the book does also get serious when it has to. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the rest of the series!
