Women and Leadership is a vital book in regards for aspiring leaders. It contains inspirational stories of women leaders both familiar and unfamiliar to me.
It is a motivational and inspiring book, however, the writing was not my favourite.
However, due to the interesting stories told and the nature of the book, I will rate this book between 3.75 stars and 4 stars.
