I have pretty much the same things to say as my review of the first book. The plot is intriguing and keeps me invested with mystery, however there are still points that weren’t fleshed out or didn’t make sense, which left me frustrated. I enjoyed the world building in this book much more. The writing reminds me of From Blood and Ash. Alas, reading on and hopeful to get answers in the conclusion!
