Ms. V's Hot Girl Summer by A.H. Cunningham

Ms. V’s Hot Girl Summer was the hottest thing I’ve read in a minute. This book packed high heat and high emotions in such a small package. I love Trinidad’s narrator. She did a phenomenal job, and I loved her ability to capture the growth of Trinidad throughout the book. Orlando was such a simp for her in the best way. He acknowledged that age had a bearing on maturity in their relationship, but it wasn’t a valid enough reason to not try but not in a way that pushed Trinidad beyond her comfort. He was her comfort in every way. Orlando’s narrator was so fun and captured his essence beautifully. I really look forward to listening to more books that feature these two narrators, especially because they captured the Spanglish perfectly which is not a small feat.
Thanks Harlequin Audio for my advanced listening copy!!
