The idea of this book was intriguing to me: not a retelling of an ancient Greek myth but a new story set at that time.
I largely enjoyed the characters and plot though thought it was a bit dragged out. It could have been 50 pages shorter and I wouldn't have felt anything was missing. On the whole it was a nice read but I doubt I would read it again.
