I’m not usually a big romance reader, but Abby Jimenez is the major exception—she’s one of my absolute favorite authors, hands down. Say You’ll Remember Me is another strong example of what she does so well: writing love stories that are full of heart, depth, and real-life complications.
This wasn’t my favorite of her books, so I wouldn’t start here if you’re new to her work, but I still really enjoyed it. What sets Abby apart is that her books are never just about the romance—there’s always a meaningful plot woven in, with characters who feel genuinely human. I especially loved the supporting cast in this one and hope it turns into a series so we get to revisit them.
And now, a personal note to Abby: You’re going to need to let us know what’s going on in Minnesota, because every single character you create who lives there is ridiculously hot. Is this a statewide phenomenon the rest of us missed? Girl, spill the tea.
