I loved reading the perspective of some one that has this level of anxiety. I could relate to it a lot, even when it came to his methods of grounding. I thought the book was super cute but geez luoise did that take forever for them to come together smh. It was getting to the point where it was actually really annoying how much they were misunderstanding eachother. But there were a lot of important messages within the book that I appreciated.
