This was such a sweet and cozy read. I loved all of the characters and their relationships/dynamics with one another. (Tortoise vs Dwarf 😂).
It portrayed the struggles of PTSD and returning to civilian life so well. And I always love seeing fantasy characters discover everyday modern things like tools and recipes.
I think I ate up this book within two days!
