Fatal Voyage by Kathy Reichs

5.0

A plane crash definitely is a good way for Brennan to get her hands dirty so to speak. I was disturbed by the graphic description of the crash but that was obviously intended. I like the fact that Reichs doesn't sugar coat or Hollywood gloss violent death. It's supposed to disturb you. Reading the description of the remains in this was like watching Saving Private Ryan for the first time and seeing Hollywood not gloss over how violent and gruesome war was. As always I found the coincidences a little hard to swallow but enjoyable nonetheless. Tempe sure does know how to get herself into hot water on a regular basis.
