Once Smitten, Twice Shy by Chloe Liese
4.0
4.5 ⭐️ I'm not crying - You're crying!
That epilogue got me right in the feels. Truly, I cannot describe how much I love this series. And this book! I feel like I've waited so long to get my hands on this gorgeous piece of literature and now... I honestly cannot believe it's over.
This series, and this author, mean the world to me. As a neurodivergent person, but also as a sensible and sensitive person. A person who values logic and also feels so, so deeply. This books always make me wish real life was a little bit more like the worlds Chloe Liese paints inside the pages she creates. There'll never have enough words.
I'm so grateful, and thankful that authors like this exist. If you do anything, or take any recommendation that I've ever given, seriously jusy check CL out. She will rock your world.
Now, my review of this book. Simply put, and to the point: it's my favourite book in the series. But also I remember feeling that way right after I finished reading book 1 and book 2, so who knows. I love Juliet, and I love Will, and the Wilmots, and Christopher, and Jamie, and Sula and Toni and... just everyone. I really am having a hard time letting go of this world, saying goodbye to this series, and these characters. I will 100% make my way back and reread these books.
