I’d like to start off by saying that I think this book changed my life. This piece of text is absolute perfection. The writing is deep, witty, introspective. The plot was 12/10. I usually predict plots with ease and accuracy, books, movies, shows, you name it, I can predict it. But this book threw my predictions for a few loops and I absolutely loved it. The plot was just. Unbelievable. The characters were also SO lovable. Another important note: if you’ve lost a parent/close friend or family member, this book discusses experiencing grief as a teenager in such a graceful way Overall, Lynn Painter should be so proud of herself for producing this gorgeous piece of text. This is one I’ll never forget.
Graphic: Death of parent and Car accident
