Ancient Guardian, the ninth book in the Ancients Rising series, is an absolute gem. I was completely sucked into the world of Orion, the alpha dragon shifter, and Violet, the badass leader. This story had it all - suspense, surprises, intense moments, and even a few steamy scenes. The characters were incredibly well-rounded, and the world-building was top-notch. While the ending felt a bit rushed, overall, it was a thrilling and entertaining read with plenty of depth. If you're a fan of paranormal romance with a side of suspense, this book is a must-read. I can't wait to devour more from this talented author!
