I rate this book a three only because it took the first 200 pages to get the ball rolling. I loved the New Orleans setting and the mix of witches and vampires.
YA isn’t my cup of tea ☕️. I expected more excitement more scandals or betrayals. The book would have been so much better if it wasn’t so long. To many ideas in one book. It’s like the author had An idea that lead to another idea that lead to another which lead to more and more Explanations. My wires got crossed at one point and I was all messed up and confused.
I’m sorry to say I will more then likely not keep reading the series.
