Finally! A book to show that the sky doesn't always have to be blue! Now we need a book that shows us that the sun is not a quarter circle at the edge of sky (ha ha).
Marisol is an artist. When it's time to paint a mural, she volunteers to paint the sky. But when she discovers that the blue paint is all gone, she's stuck. On the bus ride home, she muses about what to do...and we notice the yellowish sky in the background. Hmmm...we begin to get an idea of how she can solve her problem.
Along with THE DOT and ISH, this is another quick and fun way to spark creativity!
