The Price of Peace: Money, Democracy, and the Life of John Maynard Keynes by Zachary D. Carter

5.0

Gives a novel perspective on various global events as well as Keynes himself. The parallels between the financial disasters between WWI and WWII and the fallout of the global financial crisis and increasing inequality are especially poignant. As someone who already despises neoliberalism as a political school of thought, I was pretty easily convinced by the argument that neoliberalism is to blame.
