They Disappeared by Joy Ellis

5.0

I’ve been powering through the books in this series because they are being taken off Audible Plus soon.

This was the best one so far! Exciting and unpredictable, and sharing a bit of the limelight beyond DI Jackman. It had more of a personal connection than other books, since I was into urbex for a while when Jason and I first married. We never managed to get into some of our most coveted places, but the excitement of scoping them out was real.

All the kudos to Richard Armitage as narrator. Not only could I listen to his voice all day long, but anyone who can flip between all the rural English accents, AND Northern Irish and Scottish deserves a major award.
