Nice to return to this series after a three-year break (for no particular reason). This is another series my mom read when I was a kid that I picked up for nostalgia, but this was a fun mystery! A woman goes missing in the '50s; good ol' Kinsey investigates in the '80s, so we get to know the characters through the decades. Never bored & didn't guess the twist! Plus, not sure there's a better lady detective than Kinsey. Glad to be back.
Graphic: Death, Domestic abuse, Infidelity, Death of parent, Murder
