Along Came a Spider
by James Patterson
This book started off well, but it lost its’ momentum when the perspective shifted almost completely to Alex Cross. We lost any insight into “The Thing” and into Maggie Rose — and those were the most interesting parts in my opinion. I also didn’t care for the way the romance took over as a key part of the story, at the same point that the focus shifted to Alex.
