This installment of the series is packed with stuff that kept me on the edge of my seat. There were so many instances where I was so worried for the characters that it hurt me when I had to set the book aside. I just wanted to read through it without ever having to put it down.
There are a few new faces introduced, and some of the new characters from the prior book were fleshed out more. It's really easy to fall in love with these characters, although there are some where I'm not sure how I feel about them yet. I have a new favorite now, and I can't wait to see more of her in the next book.
I'm very curious about some of the politics going on behind the scenes. And I can't wait to see how my questions get answered as the story unfolds.
