I was looking forward to continuing the story of Seth and Malcolm and seeing how things were going to progress, and I ended up liking this book just as much as the last one. It was really nice to see Seth start to open up and experience new things, even if they scared him. Malcolm's unending patience and love for him was truly one of my favorite things about this book. He sees Seth, he sees that he needs to be taken care of, but he still wants to push him to try new things and he makes sure he's watching for any signs that it might be too much. There was more drama in this book than the last, and I was so afraid it was going to end on a terrifying cliffhanger, but I'm so glad that wasn't the case. The only reason this is getting fewer stars than the last is because the editing oversights were just too much for me to ignore. I can usually give grace and ignore a few editing mistakes here and there, and honestly, it didn't stop me from reading this, but there were SO many instances of missing words, missing letters, extra words, jumbled sentences...I just couldn't look past it and not mention it. I will be reading on to finish the series and I'm looking forward to where this story is heading.
