I desperately wanted to be obsessed with this book and I just wasn’t. It was weird and creepy and unsettling (which I knew going into it—I had heard this book was one of the most horrifying reads ever) but it was painfully slow and I feel like a lot of it went over my head. But then it also got into my head and was crazy psychological?? Giving it 3 stars for the concept of the book because it’s fascinating, but I do not know if I will ever go to pick it up again
