This was a collection of 11 short stories exploring a variety of different witches, their crafts, and their persecution. I enjoyed most of them and wish that they were longer and more complete. The artwork was diverse and beautiful across all 11 illustrators. I do wish the pages had been printed with spare space around the edges as it was difficult to read some of the spots closest to the spine. It was a lovely intro to a lot of diverse illustrators, though I have been a little disappointed to find that none of them have a continuation of these stories - I would have loved to see more.
