Ok, I can see why so many people enjoy and recommends this book.
It does the job of showing how TOC works in the factory floor.
But, oh boy, it was a hard journey.
My conclusion is that the excerpts at the end sums up the whole content of the book in a more direct and practical way.
I can see why the storytelling can help digest the concepts, but it not only feels artificial but also too long and diffuse. The story follows so many paths that don't help comprehend the content.
Maybe the way the story is outdated, or maybe it's on me.
But overall, it was worth it.
